dhreian free plugins and tools license

1. What it covers

This license covers the free programs dhreian offers on dhreian.com: dhreVerb, dhreComp, dhreEcho, dhreLink and dhreView (the "Software"), with their installers, factory presets and documentation. eqlypse is not included: it has its own EULA.

By installing or using the Software you accept this license. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

2. What you may do

  • Install and use the Software free of charge, on as many computers as you like, with no expiry date.
  • Use it in your own productions or other people's, commercial ones included, with no royalties. The audio you process or create with it is yours.
  • Share the presets you create.

3. What you may not do

  • Redistribute the Software or its installers, changed or unchanged, or publish them for download outside dhreian.com. Anyone who wants it can request it on dhreian.com.
  • Sell, resell, rent or sublicense the Software or its installers, or charge for giving them away.
  • Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent the law allows despite this prohibition.
  • Remove the authorship notices or present the Software as your own.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. dhreian keeps all copyright and trademark rights. The third-party components it includes (for example, the Montserrat and Quintessential typefaces, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1) are governed by their own licenses, whose notices are installed with the Software. Nothing in this license restricts the rights those licenses give you over each component.

5. Beta versions

Versions marked beta on the product page may fail or change without notice.

6. No warranties or liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors or compatibility with your computer, your DAW or OBS.

dhreian is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Software, including loss of data or projects and damage to equipment or hearing, except for any liability the law does not allow to be excluded.

7. End of the license

The license lasts as long as you comply with these conditions and ends if you breach them. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.

8. Governing law

This license is governed by the law of Chile. Disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of Chile.

9. Changes

We may update this license by publishing the new version on this page, with its date. The version you accepted still applies to the version of the Software you already installed.
