1. Who offers the site

These terms govern the use of dhreian.com and the services hired through it. They are published by dhreian, which offers music, production and audio software through this site. Contact: contact@dhreian.com.

By using the site you accept these terms. Plugins and purchases also follow the conditions in their own section.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site, follow the links to the platforms and use the forms to ask for information, a quote or a free plugin.

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, impersonate someone else, send malware or abusive content through the forms, or try to bypass the sending limits or reach data that is not yours. The forms exist to talk to dhreian, not to write to other people.

The site is provided as it is. It may change, be interrupted or stop showing a product without prior notice. Product pages describe the real status (free, beta or coming soon).

3. Intellectual property

Unless a credit says otherwise, the text, the dhreian mark, the images on the site and the software offered here belong to dhreian. Visiting the site does not assign those rights or grant a license to the music.

Releases are credited on each card (for example with Nanae or Rayxn Antu) and are heard on the linked platforms, under those platforms' terms. [pending: ownership of the masters and of the works made with collaborators, if these terms should spell it out].

Do not copy the site, the images or the installers in order to resell them or present them as your own.

4. Plugins and tools

4.1. eqlypse

eqlypse is governed by its own end user license agreement (EULA). It also has its own refund policy, plugin privacy policy and support pages. If these terms and the EULA differ on how the plugin may be used, the EULA prevails.

When a sale is available, Lemon Squeezy processes it as merchant of record: it charges, calculates tax and issues the receipt. Lemon Squeezy's terms govern the payment. eqlypse is shown as coming soon today; these terms do not set a release date.

4.2. Free plugins and tools

dhreVerb, dhreComp, dhreEcho, dhreLink and dhreView are offered free of charge from this site. This site does not publish a separate EULA for them. [pending: publish the license for the free plugins, if one exists in their repositories].

Until that license is published here, downloading them does not transfer ownership of the software: dhreian keeps the copyright. You may use the installer we send you. You may not resell those installers or remove the authorship. Some macOS versions are marked beta on the product page.

5. Quote-based services

The services on the home page — custom beat, full production, vocal and instrumental mixing, and mastering — are hired by quote. Prices shown on the site are references, not a firm offer. There is a job only when both parties accept a quote in writing (an email is enough).

The accepted quote sets the scope, the price, the delivery formats, the deadline, the number of revisions and the rights over what is produced. The site already says that the deadline, the formats and the number of revisions are confirmed in the proposal, that on a custom beat you choose the exclusivity and the rights, and that mastering for a full production is quoted separately.

Payment, revisions, delivery and rights are those of the accepted quote. The site does not publish a fallback rule for whatever the quote leaves unsaid. [pending: whether payment is always in advance, at what percentage, the default currency and the accepted payment methods]. [pending: how many revisions are included if the quote does not say, and what counts as a new revision]. [pending: how long the client has to review a delivery and what happens if they do not reply]. [pending: who keeps the master, the stems and the beat if the quote does not allocate the rights].

What you send (vocals, beats, lyrics, references) stays yours or your licensor's. You represent that you can commission the work on that material.

6. Liability

dhreian is responsible for the commissioned work on the terms of the accepted quote, and for the software on the terms of its license, if it has one.

As far as Chilean law allows, dhreian is not liable for lost profits, data lost in your studio, incompatibilities with a DAW or a system the product page does not promise, or outages of the streaming platforms, YouTube, Lemon Squeezy or email. Versions marked beta may fail.

None of this limits a liability the law does not allow to be excluded, including wilful misconduct. [pending: whether the services are offered to consumers and Law 19.496 applies, or only to professional commissions].

7. Privacy

Personal data on the site is handled under the privacy policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Chile. Disputes are submitted to the ordinary courts of Chile.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page, with its date. A quote already accepted keeps the conditions of that quote. The eqlypse EULA you accepted remains the one for your license.
