Refund Policy — eqlypse

In short
- All sales are final: we do not offer refunds. eqlypse is a digital product delivered instantly, and a downloaded copy cannot be "returned".
- eqlypse has no trial version. Before you buy, check the requirements and the description on the product page. If you have questions, write to contact@dhreian.com before paying.
- If something does not work, write to us: we will help you sort it out.
- We only correct duplicate or mistaken charges (section 2.2).
1. Who sells
Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record: it collects the payment, calculates and remits taxes and issues the receipt. dhreian is the party that licenses the Software to you (see the EULA). The purchase is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
2. No refunds
2.1. Final sales. When you complete the purchase you immediately receive the license key and the download link. For that reason we do not refund purchases because you changed your mind, because the Software is not what you expected, because you no longer need it, or for any other reason, except as set out in 2.2.
2.2. Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice for the same order, or an amount different from the published price, write to us and we will correct the overcharge through Lemon Squeezy.
2.3. Support. If eqlypse does not work on your system, write to contact@dhreian.com from your purchase email address, with your order number and a description of the problem. We will do our best to fix it, but the problem does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Chargebacks and refunds issued by Lemon Squeezy
3.1. If you have a problem with your purchase, write to us before disputing the charge with your bank: it is faster by email, and Lemon Squeezy's terms also ask you to contact them before starting a chargeback.
3.2. If, despite this policy, the purchase is reversed through a chargeback, because of fraud or because Lemon Squeezy decides to refund it, we disable the license key. eqlypse notices at its next online verification (done every 24 hours): it removes the activation and the plugin returns to the unlicensed state, with the audio passing through unprocessed. Without internet access, no later than 7 days after the last successful verification the plugin asks to connect and, until it can verify, the audio passes through unprocessed.
3.3. From then on you must stop using the Software and uninstall it, as set out in the EULA.
4. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit the rights that the mandatory law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded, such as a legal guarantee where it applies.
By buying, you agree that delivery of the digital content (the key and the download) starts immediately. If the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal that is lost once delivery starts, you acknowledge that you lose it at that moment.
5. Changes
If we change this policy, the change does not affect purchases already made. The current version will always be published at https://dhreian.com/en/eqlypse/refunds.
